No. Kamayu exports to CSV from day one, with QuickBooks and Xero sync planned. We'd rather connect to the accounting tool you trust than build a worse one.
No, deliberately. Kamayu covers the work around your customers: CRM, sales and quoting, projects and help desk. It's built to be simple enough to run without a consultant.
Every company on Kamayu gets a separate database, not rows in a table shared with other customers. It's simpler to protect, simpler to back up and restore, and simpler to hand back to you.
You get reminders and a grace period, then the account becomes read-only, then it's suspended. Your data is never deleted automatically.
Microsoft 365 first. Gmail is next, with IMAP for everything else.
